Musical evening opening

On October 22nd the Comics Art Museum will open from 6 till 9 pm for a musical evening with Flemish artist Jeroen Janssen, who is not only anot only a graphic novelist, he is also an amateur violin player. The music will evoke the colorful world of his latest graphic novels, "My Comrade Che Guevara" and "Posthumus", a fantasy on the last hours of Franz Schubert.

Programme
18:30-19:15: songs by Jacques Sayiba, singer-songwriter from Ruanda, ex-pupil and friend of Jeroen.
19:30-20:30: Jeroen Janssen & friends. Jeroen Janssen is not only a graphic novelist, he is also an amateur violin player. He will plunge us in the world of his latest graphic novels, with personal arrangements of Schubert's music, and a few typically cuban songs in the atmosphere of El Comandante.
Nadiya Mehdizadeh: vocals / An Rosiers: piano / Karen Braet: accordion / Jeroen Janssen: violin.
Non-stop: book signing by Hilde Baele. 
 
Capacity and safety measures 
Face coverings are mandatory
Online bookings in advance are recommended, but not mandatory. The museum has a limited capacity per time slot. Visitors should not stay in one spot, but enjoy the music while walking through the museum on the one way routes. 
It is not necessary to book ahead for the book signing. We ask you to keep a safe distance while queuing.
